Exchanges and Returns
Returns are simple:
1: Email us first with 'Return' and your order number in the subject so we know it’s coming, if you don’t mind telling us why, we’d appreciate that too so that we can improve our service to you.
2: Once you get confirmation from us, mail the product to the address we send you.
3: Sit back and relax. We’ll let you know when we’ve received the return. Shipping takes time and banks take up to a few days to process the credit. If you haven’t received credit after a week of us confirming that we received the product, send us an email/message and we will sort it out.
Got the wrong size? No problem, we’ll exchange it. While we have a pretty robust quality control department, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email/message.
We don't charge a restocking fee like most others--we really do value you as a customer. Shipping and taxes are unfortunately nonrefundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping over $75 of product, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that we can verify that it’s come back to us.
